    Description

    Included is a AFH marked M1 bayonet and Scabbard with no date marking.  The grips are interesting in that they are brown plastic and not black.  This seems to be unique to the AFH manufactured bayonets.  The blade has a good amount of rust pitting but the tip is in great condition.
    American Fork and Hoe (AFH) of Geneva, OH. was a
    conglomerate of many small hand tool and farm implement
    companies was the most prolific bayonet manufacturer, producing
    400,000 M1905 and 1,015,000 M1 bayonets from 1942 to 1945.
