This is a vintage stoneware ceramic salad / dessert plate made by Park Designs, one of three available.
It's in the great Moose pattern from the Rustic Retreat line.
The back is marked as shown.
It's in very good condition without any chips or cracks with a few very minor scratches / utensil marks from gentle use.
It measures about 9" in diameter.
