This camper is a 2011 Heartland Big Horn 3385, approx 36ft and the UVW is approx 11400LBS.
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

There are 2 roof AC units that work. On the main AC, the compressor runs all the time, so, you have to turn off the breaker to turn off the compressor. It needs a new electronic board, approx 5 for the board and 5 install.
The LP system works, Furnace Heat, Water Heater and Stove top function.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system works.
The fridge works.
The awning material needs to be replaced.
The tires have 2014 date codes.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar.
The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
The 50 amp power cord is missing, we used one of our cords to check it out.
The LP tanks were missing so we used one of our tanks to check the LP system.
If you purchase this item on an ebay auction, then the following conditions would apply:.
