Returns
Returns Accepted within 30 days
Buyer must contact Adirondack Networks first before returning item(s). Items must be returned in original condition with all included parts as was received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If buyer receives item in damaged condition not described in the listing, DOA or other error made by Adirondack Networks, then Adirondack Networks will pay for return shipping costs.

90 Day Warranty
We guarantee all systems and parts to arrive as described in each listing. All used and refurbished systems and parts purchased from Adirondack Networks are covered with a 90 day Warranty. Adirondack Networks will replace only defective parts and is not responsible for labor costs or any damage incurred. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
