Sony VX-2000 SD Video Camera Kit with Gates Underwater Video Housing and HID Lights
Underwater video camera kit originally purchased in ,500 in 2002. This all-included kit has produced some awesome dive footage from all around the world, including Australia, Palau and Fiji! Selling because we are downsizing from a house to a condo and don’t scuba dive as much anymore. Overall good condition but housing needs to be re-conditioned and internal battery-operated moisture sensor needs to be repaired. Video signal cable to external LCD monitor has a minor short, and the housing has scuff marks to the finish but is structurally sound. Please note this is a 480p standard definition camera, but does offer a digital 16:9 wide setting. Settings menu selection wheel operability is intermittent, but possibly could be repaired or find a compatible IR remote if the Sony protocol allows it. SOLD AS-IS.
