    Description

    Pictured is a novel figural Rockingham glazed yellow ware horse in a reclining, recumbent position.  The pedestal base is extended or points out in the front to accommodate the horse's right leg which is resting upon it.  The horse's front left leg is somewhat tucked under its body, very life-like.  The figural measures 5 1/2" in height and 7 3/4" in length.  Age, from the turn of the century, 1895 - 1915.  It's in excellent condition with no nicks, damage or repairs.
