2021 Palomino River Ranch 390RL Fifth Wheel!
The River Ranch incorporates a patent pending motorhome like design into a luxury fifth wheel. You will have all the storage you'll ever need in the heated basement and you won't beat the view looking out the windows. The basement design gives increased height to the living area, allowing you the best view. That increased height doesn't mean a taller fifth wheel, however! Rather than traditional roof top AC units, the River Ranch employs a residential 2 ton Coleman Serenity A/C with Heat Pump located in the basement! This central HVAC system is whisper quiet and super efficient! The River Ranch is superior in so many ways, from the design and construction to the interior fit & finish. It's all aluminum vacuum bonded super-structure with Gel Coat fiberglass and Azdel backing make it both lightweight and strong!
The 390RL rides on MORryde CRE/4000 Suspension paired with tandem 8,000 lb. axles and MorRyde pin box. The radius roof has a calculated insulating value of R-40 with the added foil insulation, the floor is rated at R-38 and walls are R-11. The floor is constructed with 3/4” tongue & groove plywood with in-floor insulated ducting.
Setup will be a breeze with the 6-point “Level-Up” hydraulic leveling system! Just push the auto level button and watch it happen! You'll also have two premium power awnings, MORyde® entry steps, a wide entry door, rear ladder, 16" G rated tires, aluminum rims, power cord reel and tire pressure monitors.
The Palomino River Ranch 390RL will truly be your home away from home with the best view! The beautiful mid-kitchen features a huge Island with deep chef's sink, 20 cu. ft. refrigerator with ice maker and solid surface counter tops. You will also have a residential OTR microwave, residential gas range w/full size oven, premium backsplash, Fantastic Fan with remote, beautiful cabinets with more than ample storage including the wonderful walk-in pantry, drawers and cabinets.
The main living area features power theater seating recliners, hide-a-bed sofa, wonderful entertainment center with a 58” LED TV, premium JBL Bluetooth stereo, sub woofer, electric fireplace with heat and free standing table & chairs.
You will feel right at home in the residential style bedroom suite. It features a slide out King bed with memory foam mattress. There will be plenty of storage with the dresser, under-bed storage and huge front wardrobe. You will have washer/dryer prep in dedicated closet, 50" concealable TV and second fireplace and direct access to the bathroom.
The bathroom is absolutely beautiful and includes a huge 60" x 30" shower with folding seat, porcelain foot flush toilet, Fantastic Fan, and modern two faucet sink and solid surface vanity top with plenty of storage.

Do you ship RVs?
We can arrange delivery, the current transport rate is .95 per loaded mile (one way) for delivery to the contiguous United States. This rate is subject to change at any time as fuel prices fluctuate. If the rate does change, We will make our best effort to update the rate in a timely manner. You may estimate transportation costs by using an online mapping service, we are located in Walcott, Iowa. You might also check uship.com. It has become very difficult to transport into Canada due to broker requirements, if you would be interested in a rendezvous on the U.S. side of the border, we will provide the required bill of sale, no-recall letter and certificate of origin for Canadian import. Please contact us for our current transport schedule before buying or bidding.
Can you provide us with a hitch?
A standard fifth wheel hitch for a long bed is 0. A slider hitch for a 6.5' bed is 0, that includes installation at our location. Add 0 if you need a brake controller. We use Reese Pro hitch components. *
Additional brackets and hardware may be needed for some trucks.
Does this RV come with a warranty?
All of our new units come with a full manufacturer's warranty, good throughout the U.S. and Canada. In the unlikely event you would need warranty service, simply contact our service department and we will assist you in arranging service at your nearest authorized service center. We also offer the lowest priced extended service plans in the industry!

Yes, all of our RVs are fully prepped including full L.P. tanks, RV battery and sewer hose where applicable. All equipment is checked for proper functionality. We also offer a full complimentary orientation at our location.
