Return Policy
For the first 30 days after your purchase, you may return merchandise for a refund, excluding any shipping fees. All returns must meet our guidelines.
For the first 7 days after receipt of goods, a restocking fee is waived for New, Never Opened items, after 7 days, a 10% restocking fee will apply for all New, Unopened items, and 20% restocking fee will apply for any opened/used items.
Returned or exchanged products must be in perfect condition and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.
Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.
Securely package the product and include a copy of the original invoice, with a short note explaining the reason for the return.
Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. All returns shipments must have a valid tracking number and insurance.
Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.
Please allow up to eight business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
Important Note for international customers: Please mark the item as "VENDOR RETURN" to avoid duties and customs.
Items that cannot be returned
Items from the following categories may not be returned once opened:
Software, Film, Paper, DVDs and videotapes, Batteries, Ink cartridges, Memory cards, Any item which has been removed from its "blister-pack"
TV Return Policy:
TV's Up to and including 47"
All TV's up to and including 47" that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund. You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges (Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.) You must ensure the product when you ship it back to cover possible damages that may occur during transit. Any free offers that you received along with this purchase must be returned. A fee will be charged for any items that were not returned.
TV's over 47"
cannot be returned even if unopened, unless it is received damaged or defective (see below). In the unlikely event, a TV is defective the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your TV may have been damaged in transit. Open the box immediately and inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately to report the damage. Once reported, we will initiate a damage claim with the carrier.
Items from the following categories may not be returned:
Printers
cannot be returned once toner, ink, or ribbon cartridges have been installed.
Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads, and Computers
cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unwrapped.
Underwater photography equipment
cannot be returned once it has been used in water.
Cell phones and smartphones
will only be accepted for credit or exchange if they were NOT opened and/or registered. Defective phones will be exchanged for the same model only.
If the above conditions are not met, AAAA Universe has the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
