  • Condition: E.G. Waterman Sheath knife with original Leather Sheath FOR SALE TO ADULTS ONLY!!!! We sell and ship inside the United States only. CONDITION: The blade has some visible pitting on both sides, mostly towards the top. There is a nick in the edge, about half way back. The front steel guard is in good condition, and does not move. The leather washer handle is intact. It's mostly in good condition, however, there are a couple of nicks on the top of the handle, and one of the washers has a split near the back on the bottom, though the washer is firmly in place. There are a couple of dinged spots on the side. The rear pommel wobbles a bit, but is firmly in place. The guard, pommel and lanyard ring have some rusty spots. PLEASE NOTE - the sheath is intact, but shows a lot of wear. It has some pits, holes and damage. The leather bends, but is a bit stiff from age. PLEASE NOTE - The knife goes in OK but, due to leather shrinkage, the knife stops going in about 1/8 of an inch from the end.

    -->  This is an original WWII E.G. Waterman sheath knife. These knives were offered in military PX facilities and also to civilians during the war. Many civilians gave them to loved ones were going into combat.  The knife has a blade length of 7 & 5/8 inches, and an overall length of about 12 & 1/8 inches.  It has a steel guard, a leather washer handle, and a steel pommel. The pommel is held in place by a round lanyard ring at the back. The knife comes with its original leather sheath.
    CONDITION:  The blade has some visible pitting on both sides, mostly towards the top (spine). There is a nick in the edge, about half way back.
