Cutting Machine Program, BackGauge Controller For Paper Cutting M/c Guillitone

Description

The Print-Cut Backgauge controller for Paper Cutting Machine is an automation controller which controls the postion of the Back-Gauge according to the Program Fed in it for Paper Guillitone.
It has 99 programs of 75 steps each. The number of 99 Programs are fixed with 75 steps of each program. The Number of steps is also fixed at 75. Provisions exist for Return Backgauge, Cut Counter and Air-table on-off. Label Cutting Program are also available as integral feature.
Program Management and storage by naming and number and easy to operate and handle.
The controller comes complete with encoder, Proximity sensors and extension cables to interface it to the existing machine using AC Drive or Relay Logic to interface to existing Electrical Panel for moving the backgauge motor. It can be mounted on any machine as POLAR, Wohlenberg, SCEPA or any other make with little modifications.
A second model also supports the Servo motor and drive fitted on the machine.
Measuring accuracy is upto 0.01 mm. Reading can be edited in MM and Inches. Positioning error is upto 0.05 mm accurate. Error display is shown if proper positioning is not available.
The Program is Fed first by entering the steps in either Keyboard Mode without moving the Backgauge. Else it can be entered by positioning the backgauge also. Provisions exist for step entering, editing and deleting in a particular program also.
Ac drive and Ac brake-motor can be supplied if required.
