Custom Hennig Dressage Saddle, 16.5", EZ Change System for Saddler W Xtras

I am selling this beautiful custom Hennig dressage saddle because my new horse has a back that is too short for this saddle (see last photo with the white strip demarking his 18th rib with the panels projecting much beyond that).
NOTE
: if you only want the saddle without the 'extras', I would happily accept an offer of ,190.
The saddle has a special design that makes it easier for a saddle fitter to change the girth.  As shown in the 6th photo, the panels velcro off from the seat and then slide out so that the saddle is in two pieces: A) the seat B) gullet, tree and panels.  Because it is easier and less time consuming for the saddler to change the size of gullet, it is less expensive for the owner and (usually) quicker return from the saddler.
The saddle is a beautiful custom two-tone color with black and rich brown and silver 'piping'.  I always get compliments on this saddle.
The saddle comes with:
Leather 'webber'-like stirrup leathers (10th photo; size is shown embossed onto the leather.  Leather Webbers are about new when purchased alone.  These leather Webber-like stirrup leathers have only been used a handful of times.
CMD Comfort Stirrups.  These stirrups can be turned to three positions: a) the classic position so that the stirrup is flat against the horse; b) 180 degree position so that the stirrup is at right angle to horse and in the position that one rides - but without the rider having to twist; and c) between both the classic and 180 degree twist position.  If you look carefully at  photo #9, you will see that the 'head' on one stirrup is twisted in the classic position while the other is twisted in the 180 degree position.  NEW, THESE COST ABOUT 0 alone.

Before pricing this saddle with fittings, I looked on line to see what other sellers are asking for their Hennig saddles. Those prices (and other information) are displayed just below.  The average price of all these saddles is  ,753.44 as compared with my price of 90.  And NONE of those saddles are custom and all but one listing includes the saddle ONLY. (Only one includes leathers and stirrup - and even here, the stirrup isn't the expensive MDC Comfort.)
Compare these Hennig saddle prices to my 'buy it now price of ,390 for a package deal.

SHIPPING
According to my scale, the saddle and packing material come to about 25lbs. weight which is what I used to calculate shipping.  (I use a 'luggage' scale which may not be as accurate as a post office scale.)

I have packaged the saddle into a box that fits snugly to save you on shipping (As you know, post office charges for both weight and size of the parcel.
I am happy to put the saddle into a larger box with more 'stuffings' but this will cost you more in shipping.  Please let me know if this is what you want.
