Cardinal 5th wheel 2004 All season - 36 foot.  I have owned this camper for 11 years and have never gone camping in it so it is up for sale.  It is made by Forest River and the floor is insulated and the water lines are heated so you can camp year round in cold climates if you wish.  It has the following features:
3 Slides and large living area.
Microwave
Gas range and oven
Shower
Hot water heater
Refrigerator and freezer that will operate on propane or electricity
2 black water tanks
1 grey water tank
Large fresh water tank
Air conditioned and heated
Triple axle with electric brakes
Large awning (brand new)
Queen size bed in master bedroom with brand new mattress (never been used)
50 amp electrical service
2 - 30 pound propane tanks
Power front leveling jacks
Heated water lines for cold weather camping
Observations Pro and Con
Camper has had very little use during the time I have owned it and before
Tires have a lot of tread on them but should probably be replaced if long trips are desired
A/C blows good cold air
Refrigerator and freezer both work well
Sofa and recliners have been removed due to some stains and the new owner can put new ones in to their liking
Carpets have been freshly vacuumed and shampooed
Roof access ladder has a broken rung on the bottom
Coffee stains on the carpet at the rear of the living area
The water lines are currently winterized with non-toxic anti-freeze
No roof leaks or damage
The camper is sold as-is where-is with no warranty of any kind.  The description and pros/cons have been described as accurately as possible.  Buyer will have to provide their own registration or temporary plate for transportation.
