Local Pick Up:
We do offer local pick up at our facility.
Our local pick-up hours are Monday-Thursday 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Friday 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
We do charge a cash fee upon arrival.
Freight Truck Services:
Ships via Truck "Motor Freight" prepaid to a CONUS commercial destination with a dock or forklift to unload.
Rural businesses, residential lift-gate delivery, or lift-gate service is a minimum of 135.00+ extra additional.

Returns
Customer must contact us within 30 days of receipt to get an RMA (Return Material Authorization). The item must be in original condition with all seals intact.
