Antique Painted Frosted Orange Glass Mini Pitcher— Mt Washington?

Description

Antique Painted Frosted Orange Glass Mini Pitcher—square rim Mt Washington?. Condition is "Used", but in great as found shape. There is a chip in the upper/inner part of handle where it connects to the rim (shown in photos) but still fully intact. Handwritten numbers and writing on bottom, but hard to make out and verify. Bottom has a polished pontil. Frosted clear handle glows green under UV light... a good indicator of its age pre-1900.
The square rim leads me to Mt. Washington, but the acid etching (frosting) and hand-painted design looks reminiscent of Phoenix glass as well. Painted detail in remarkably good shape. Some light scratches in the orange glass.
