Antique auction find.  Estimated age 1890 give or take.
My research tells me that this is Mt. Washington glass, but I'm not positive.  Please use your knowledge when purchasing.  Flea bite on outer rim-see pictures. No cracks.  Item is antique and has some wearing, scuffs and marks from age and use.  Please see pictures for overall condition and feel free to ask questions.
