Antique Mt. Washington Masterpiece Brides Bowl In Fancy Silverplate Holder Set

Stunning old antique from the late 1800's Mt. Washington hand blown and hand painted glass brides basket with metal marked HOMER silverplate company handled basket holder.  The glass bowl is 2 sides up and shades from dark purple at outside edge to light purple and almost pinkish purple interior.  The bowl features raised leaves all the way around with gold accents.  It is Gorgeous!!  The bowl is 10 3/4" at the longest, 7 1/2" across the center pinched area and just over 4" high at the highest edge.  The back side has a lot of dark marks from the metal basket holder and the very center has the numbers 4485 marked with some other hand writing on it.  The glass bowl has no chips, cracks or damage.  The holder is about 11 1/4" high at the top of handle and 5" across the bowl platform.  It features hanging cherries and leaves on both handle sides.  It is dark and has not been cleaned for a very long time.  It has no missing or broken areas and is in good condition.  The bowl is a good fit in the holder.  A beautiful Victorian piece!!
