Ordered this unit January 2021 at the Tampa RV show and took delivery in August 2021.
This unit is equipped with the following options:

Some of the things we did as far as modifications, which will accommodate a family with kids quite well:
Converted garage into master bedroom
Converted master bedroom into kids’ room and used front wardrobe as kids toy storage and clothes hanger
Converted garage bath into more shelving with clothes hanger
Specifically, we tore out the shower since it wasn’t really large enough to function as a proper shower without water leaving the shower pan - we never used it.
The toilet remains but was never used.
The garage top portion of the happy-jack system was extended to fit a kind size bed. Each side of the bed has a hard surface to keep phone chargers, etc. we have the happi-Jac benches, card table for rear with mounting pillars. Also includes both loft and garage ladders
All awnings, power and slides function as expected and there are no leaks present within the unit or basement.
