DESCRIPTION
2015 Grand Designs Solitude ST325X 5th wheel RV. This "home on wheels" is 36' 9" long. Curb weight is 11,750 lbs. It has 3 slide outs, the 2 in the lower level, really open it up! 5th wheel campers allow for a lot of living space! The opposing slides design, opens up the living room/kitchen area and gives you plenty of room for the whole family to be together. There is a large pantry, a working fireplace and a large flat screen TV that rises out of the covered TV stand with the touch of a button, pretty cool!
The front of these campers are for the master suite. The full bath, queen size bed and large closet will make you feel right at home. The master closet has hook-ups for an RV size washing machine and dryer. The manufacturer says it will sleep 4, but the recliners in the living room are lay flat recliners and will sleep 2 more adults, if need be.
There is a dining table and 4 chairs that look like they are new, as a matter of fact, this whole RV looks like it was hardly ever used.
This is 50 amp RV, it has 2 roof mounted, ducted A/C units that put out a combined 15,000 BTUs of cold air.
The furnace is rated for 35,000 BTUs of heat.
There is an automatic leveling system for the jacks. One touch leveling and one touch retracting.
The holding tank capacities are the same as most 5th wheels, this size.

We have this unit priced well below NADA average retail. When this Camper was new, MSRP was ,800.
I checked the date code on the tires, they are not the original tires. Date code is 11/17, that means they were made in the 11th week of 2017. They should be good for at least another 2 years of reliable use.

Our premium shipping service includes palletized and enclosed door to door transportation inside the contiguous United States. Your motorcycle is carried by experienced, properly licensed, and insured shippers with proven track records. The price for shipping to your state can be found by clicking your state below. It includes 00 in damage insurance. These quotes are for two wheeled motorcycles. If you are shipping a trike, plan on 30-40% more cost. Transit time typically falls between 14-21 calendar days for contiguous US shipments. Faster shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.

While we make every effort to accurately describe our vehicles, please understand you are purchasing a used vehicle. They come with no warranty express or implied from our dealership. However, the vehicle you purchase may have factory warranty remaining. Texas Best Used Motorcycles also offers extended warranties for your peace of mind. We encourage all buyers to look at the vehicle in person or order an inspection by a third party prior to the auction ending. Please review the numerous high resolution pictures carefully, as well as watch the Youtube video of the vehicle located at the top of the auction. Wire Transfers, Cashier's Checks, Personal Checks, Cash in Person
FEES:
All buyers will be charged a 5 documentary fee. This helps us with costs associated with title and bank paperwork and while it is a far cry from absorbing all the costs, it helps us keep the costs of our motorcycles low. Buyers will also be subject to a 5 dealer preparation fee. This fee goes to absorb the costs of oil changes, service work, professional details and photography. The last fee is a state required vehicle inventory tax. It is charged at a rate of .2384% of the selling price, which equates to .84 for every ,000 of purchase price. Buyers will also be responsible for all state and local taxes and fees. The 5 dealer preparation fee is included in the advertised price.
TERMS:
A 0 non-refundable partial payment is due immediately. Buyer must contact our office within 24 hours of auction close. The balance must be received within 7 business days via wire transfer, cash, or check. All checks are subject to 10 day hold. All bidders with 0 or negative feedback must contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, your bid may be canceled. If these terms are not adhered to, we reserve the right to relist or otherwise sell the vehicle.
BUYER PICKUP:
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
