This is a non-pet/non-smoking Fifth Wheel and there has not been any accidents or water damage.
A note from the seller:

I slept in the RV during the week after working during the day and Nursing School at night. I went home on the weekends
. I took very good care of it because I bought it with the intention of selling after school.
I’m a Registered Nurse now and no longer need it. The trailer is in Like New condition. It has not been pulled over the road since it has been in my possession. The AC units work great. The appliances all work like new, neither the stove nor the oven have been used by me. There is plenty of closet room and storage.
The RV is beautiful inside and out. It’s like an apartment on wheels.
