The exterior paint is gray with black and charcoal striping in the lower section, it has tinted windows rear garage vent, 30 and 50 amp service with the twist on style connectors, fueling station with gas nozzle and locking door. The garage has the rear fold down ramp door with grip style black ramp flooring and aluminum trim. This 5th wheel has dual entrances with triple folding steps. It has the power awning with black colored material. The garage walls have diamond plate sides and front wall from the floor up 2ft. It has the windows with curtains and blinds, folding sofa power bed flips over to sleep 2 and 2 up top on the flatbed above. It has a max air vent and dual garage vents with a small flat screen wall mounted and black cabinet with dual doors next to it. It has the rear camera and rear dual spot lights also has upper wood storage areas with cargo nets above the entry door to the living room and kitchen. The door for the garage to living room has the tinted glass etched insert. Garage also has multiple floor tie downs, there are a few small dents in the interior diamond plate at the front wall. The sides are straight. The garage floor has the insert to setup the table used in the living room kitchen area. The kitchen and living room has simulated dark wood flooring with tan carpeting in the slide area floor. The sofa has the pull out full bed and the extended side L extension sofa piece. The sofa is a beige color with brown piping- some of the piping is flaking off it some area just on that part not on the actual Mariam where you sit. It has valances and pull shades, ceiling mounted flush Rockford Fosgate speakers, ducted A/C, double kitchen skylights, solid countertop with double style sink, Estone DVD player with Rockford Fosgate R1 8” flush mounted subwoofer. It has a white wall mirror and corner mounted tv on the shelf by the ceiling. The kitchen has the whirlpool microwave, vent system, stove/oven, Norcold single door black refrigerator, also has pantry cabinets and multiple drawers. This has the A/C ducted to the bedroom, the garage has its own A/C. The bathroom closest to the garage off the kitchen has a full door. The bathroom has the porcelain toilet, vanity with gray top, same simulated wood flooring at the kitchen, upper mirror cabinets with recessed lights and upper high shelf above. This has the high ceiling with skylight and shower with sliding door. The roof vent is a maxx fan. Upstairs has carpeting and 3 steps with an entry door with etched tinted center. The bedroom has the slide out bed and closet with dual doors built into the slide. It has the brown leather style headrest, valances and shades, power outlets, Queen bed but no mattress or comforter. The half bath has a bi-fold door, porcelain toilet with pedal flush, vanity with sink, roof vent and laundry hanger bar. It has the bureau and side closet with front mounted shelf and TV, roof vent and recessed lights. Nice condition with just normal average use. Exterior looks good it has the dual axles with alloy wheels and hood condition tires. Nice having the 1.5 Bath and having the shower near the garage so you can wash up right there without dragging mud and dirt all the way upstairs where they are usually located. The control panel when you first walk in the main entrance, has the gas and electric 10 gallon water heater, fuel gauge, generator hour meter with 203 hours. And master switches for lights and slides, and awning. The generator is an Onan RV QG Quiet Gas 5500 EVAP, 203 hours.
Please note the living room slide sometimes does get stuck and needs a push from the outside when closing, there is no issues when opening.
This is a great unit that sleeps upto 10 people with plenty of room!
